So for The Ghoulfriend Experience, there is exactly one costume rule: wear whatever the hell you want.
Sexy witch? Vampire? Superhero? Villain? Cheerleader? Giant taco? Something completely inappropriate that requires a five-minute explanation? YES. 😂
I just want a house full of hotties dressed as whatever made them grin when they picked it out.
Come show me what you came up with, grab a cocktail, flirt a little too much and let’s see how much of everybody’s carefully planned costume actually survives until 2 AM. 😈

No Theme. No Homework. Just Halloween.
Halloween already gives us everything we need for a good party. Costumes, a little darkness, a little ridiculousness and an excellent excuse to become somebody else for the night.
So we’re not complicating it.
On Saturday, October 24 from 9 PM–2 AM, we’re turning the Design District LS Resort into our anything-goes Halloween playground for The Ghoulfriend Experience.
Wear Whatever Costume You Want
This is the Halloween party without the costume assignment.
Come scary. Come sexy. Come funny. Come elaborate. Come in something you bought six months ago or something you threw together twenty minutes before leaving the house.
Witches can flirt with superheroes. Vampires can drink with cowboys. Angels can make questionable decisions with devils. Nobody has to match anything.
The costume is your choice. The party is the theme.
Costumes First. Then We’ll See What Comes Off.
We’ll start the night in the social areas where everybody can grab a drink, admire each other’s questionable creative decisions, reconnect with friends and meet some new people.
There isn’t a complicated schedule or a bunch of organized entertainment to chase around the house. The people are the party.
As everybody settles in and Halloween gets a little less innocent, the rest of the house is there to explore at your own pace. Flirt, mingle, soak, watch, play, disappear for a while, come back for another drink… Saturday nights at Summer’s tend to find their own plot. 😉
Plenty of Room to Haunt
Our private Design District LS Resort gives you more than 2,500 square feet to explore, including a large social area, multiple indoor play spaces, three queen beds, outdoor cabanas and three hot tubs tucked behind our privacy fencing.
Whether you’re coming mostly for the costumes and cocktails or expecting your Halloween story to take a considerably less innocent turn, there’s plenty of room to do the night your way.
Drinks & Bites
We’ll have lite bites available throughout the evening.
As usual, we’re BYOB/BYOC, with ice and limited mixers available at the house. Bring whatever you like to drink and we’ll take care of the spooky atmosphere and questionable influences.

Our venue is completely private and surrounded by a 10 foot steel security fence, creating a seamless experience and eliminating the need to navigate through public hotel spaces or dodging nosy neighbors.
Furthermore, we prioritize the comfort, privacy, and security of our guests. We have on site security and strict access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the party area. Our staff is highly trained to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, and we carefully vet attendees to ensure a harmonious mix of like-minded individuals.
