Hey hotties… on October 23rd, Bare Appétit is slipping into something a little darker. 🕯️😈
For Eat, Drink & Be Scary, Mike is back in the kitchen cooking in the buff while Summer serves up four seductive little courses in lingerie. This time we’re keeping the menu familiar enough to crave at first glance, then dressing it up with polished flavors, gorgeous plating, and just the right amount of wicked.
Think pepper-seared ahi, silky roasted tomato, a perfectly cooked filet, and cool vanilla panna cotta kissed with blackberry. The entire menu is gluten-free and keto-friendly, with tasting-sized portions designed to tease your appetite without leaving you too full for what comes after dinner.
Come hungry. Leave craving something else. Kisses 💋 Summer
Come hungry, leave craving more.
Eat, Drink & Be Scary is Bare Appétit after dark: an intimate four-course gourmet tasting dinner with just enough Halloween drama to make things interesting. Mike prepares each course in the buff while Summer, and occasionally a few of her dangerously helpful friends, serve dinner in lingerie.
This isn’t a heavy steakhouse dinner disguised as a tasting menu. Every course is deliberately petite, beautifully plated, and built around familiar flavors elevated with fine-dining technique. The entire menu is keto-friendly and gluten-free, so you can indulge without feeling like you need a nap before the real fun begins.
Dinner begins with two individual pepper-seared ahi tasting spoons, followed by a petite fire-roasted tomato and roasted garlic bisque. The main course brings a center-cut beef tenderloin with silky roasted-garlic cauliflower purée, charred broccolini, red-wine demi-glace, and herb butter. Dessert finishes things cool and light with vanilla bean panna cotta, blackberry, and delicate almond lace.
After dessert, the plates disappear and Summer’s Home settles into the kind of evening Bare Appétit was created for. Dinner may be the first temptation of the night, but we certainly don’t intend for it to be the last.
As always, this event is BYOB, and we’ll provide limited mixers to complement the evening. Space is intentionally limited to keep dinner intimate, service polished, and the atmosphere deliciously personal.
