THE VENUE
We’re throwing down at our private venue in the Design District near downtown Dallas. The space features:
- Over 2,500 sq. ft. of on-premise play space
- 2 bedrooms and 3 queen beds
- Multiple horizontal surfaces made for mischief
- A large social/play area, fireplace, and hot tub
- Landscaped grounds with 3 outdoor cabanas that can be reserved for private play
- A 10-ft solid steel security fence (so no one sees your O-face but us)
MIXER DETAILS
We’ll start with a social mixer from 9:00–10:30 PM inside the house and out on the grounds, so you can flirt, mingle, and scout your next sin. After that, the clothes start coming off—and the fun goes way off-script.
FOOD, BOOZE & BANGING
We’ll provide light bites and limited mixers in the party suites, but the event is BYOB and BYOC (bring your own condoms). You bring the bottle—we’ll bring the beds.

Our venue is completely private and surrounded by a 10 foot steel security fence, creating a seamless experience and eliminating the need to navigate through public hotel spaces or dodging nosy neighbors.
Furthermore, we prioritize the comfort, privacy, and security of our guests. We have on site security and strict access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the party area. Our staff is highly trained to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, and we carefully vet attendees to ensure a harmonious mix of like-minded individuals.
