We’re opening up over 2,500 square feet of our gorgeous Design District venue, complete with a hospitality lounge, two bedroom play suites, three queen beds, a big hot tub (and two smaller ones), multiple horizontal surfaces, and plenty of cozy corners for both shy smiles and shameless sin. Whether you’re mingling, exploring, watching, or being watched, the space is built for pure pleasure. 😏🛏️

Our venue is completely private and surrounded by a 10 foot steel security fence, creating a seamless experience and eliminating the need to navigate through public hotel spaces or dodging nosy neighbors.
Furthermore, we prioritize the comfort, privacy, and security of our guests. We have on site security and strict access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the party area. Our staff is highly trained to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, and we carefully vet attendees to ensure a harmonious mix of like-minded individuals.
