We’re serving up slow-smoked Southern-style pork ribs with a glossy, finger-licking finish, plenty of deep smoke flavor, and enough sticky sauce to make napkins feel wildly optimistic.

Sunday needed better plans.
I have decided that Sunday afternoons need three things: really good food, really fun people, and somewhere comfortable to work off lunch. 😉
So once a month, I’m firing up The Smoke Show, our gastro day play event at Summer’s Home for Wayward Swingers.
The menu changes every month. Maybe I’m smoking brisket. Maybe we’re cracking crab legs at a big seafood boil. Maybe it’s ribs, shrimp, sausages, or whatever else sounds too good to eat politely.
Come hungry.
