Some themes really don’t need much explaining.

Leather brings the edge. Lace brings the tease. Put them together in a room full of swingers and you’ve got everything we need for a Saturday night at Summer’s Home.

On Saturday, October 10 from 9 PM–2 AM, we’re turning the Design District LS Resort into a red, black, leather-and-lace playground for a night of cocktails, flirting, mingling, dancing, and all the fun that tends to happen once everybody gets comfortable.

Dress to Tempt

This is an easy theme to play with.

Go full leather. Go head-to-toe lace. Mix the two. Wear a corset, leather pants, lace dress, bodysuit, harness accents, lingerie-inspired look, or just work a little leather or lace into whatever makes you feel sexy.

You do not need an elaborate costume. The point is to have fun with the theme, not stress over it.

Sexy, confident, playful and ready to mingle is the real dress code.

Cocktails First. Then We’ll See What Happens.

We’ll start the night in the social areas where everybody can grab a drink, meet the room, reconnect with friends and make a few new ones.

There’s no scheduled entertainment or complicated agenda for this one. The people are the party.

As the night heats up, the rest of the house is there to explore at your own pace. Flirt, watch, play, disappear for a while, come back for another drink… you know how Saturday nights at Summer’s tend to work. 😉

Plenty of Room to Play

Our private Design District LS Resort gives you more than 2,500 square feet to explore, including a large social area, multiple indoor play spaces, three queen beds, outdoor cabanas and three hot tubs tucked behind our privacy fencing.

Whether you’re here mostly to socialize or planning to make considerably less innocent use of the furniture, there’s room to do the night your way.

Drinks & Bites

We’ll have lite bites available throughout the evening.

As usual, we’re BYOB/BYOC, with ice and limited mixers available at the house. Bring whatever you like to drink and we’ll take care of the atmosphere.
