On Saturday, September 19, Summer’s Home for Wayward Swingers is assembling the hottest heroes, wickedest villains, masked vigilantes, seductive super-spies, morally questionable antiheroes, and assorted dangerously attractive citizens of the universe for CUMMI-CON: Heroes & Villains.
Pick your side.
Come dressed as your favorite hero or villain, create your own scandalous alter ego, or show up as the kind of character whose costume definitely wouldn’t make it past Standards & Practices. Capes, masks, bodysuits, corsets, armor, boots, secret identities and creative interpretations are highly encouraged.
Once everybody gets here, however, alliances may become… complicated. 😉
We’ll have great music, lite bites, hot tubs, cabanas, plenty of places to socialize and play, and a house full of sexy, open-minded people ready for one seriously super-powered Saturday night.
Heroes can fraternize with villains.
Villains can corrupt heroes.
Sidekicks can wander off unsupervised.
And absolutely nobody has to save the world before bedtime.
Costumes are strongly encouraged. Creativity gets bonus points. Sexy creativity gets even more. 😏

Our venue is completely private and surrounded by a 10 foot steel security fence, creating a seamless experience and eliminating the need to navigate through public hotel spaces or dodging nosy neighbors.
Furthermore, we prioritize the comfort, privacy, and security of our guests. We have on site security and strict access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the party area. Our staff is highly trained to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, and we carefully vet attendees to ensure a harmonious mix of like-minded individuals.
